Recruitment procedure of foreign workers
- Please fill in the inquiry form and send it to “Jobs Sakura Japan ”
- After the consultation above, please fill in the recruitment form and send it to “Jobs Sakura Japan.
- After confirming the details of the recruiting conditions such as nationality , business carrier , working conditions , make the Job offer application card and sign the job placement contract between the employer and Silver support Kansai.
- Collecting job seekers through jobs Sakura Japan and the tie-up corporations inside and outside Japan.
- The staff of Silver Support Kansai will interview the candidates directly or through Line or Wechat before interviewing.
- In case the candidate is living outside Japan, The interview is done through Line or Wechat.
- In case the employer has decided to hire after interviewing, the official recruitment notice is sent to the candidate.
- Best Asset office will apply for working visa in tie-up Silver Support Kansai after official recruitment notice. The consignment contract is signed before the application work As for a residence, Best Asset will prepare it if necessary.
- Silver Support Kansai will support resident registration and open bank account etc.
- Within one month after entering a company , it is necessary to pay the job placement fee.
